FOUND All Black, Unneutered
Male German Shepherd (Mix?).
Found at rest stop 11/21/08 on
HWY 29 North between Platte
City and St. Joseph, Missouri
near the city of Dearborn. Very
sweet and affectionate. Ears stand up but flop over at the tips, otherwise looks like a
German Shepherd. Full grown,
approximately 70 pounds? No
collar or identification. Small
amount white hairs around end
nose and chin.

We believe she is a redbone coonhound. It is
an unaltered female, maybe 4 or 5 in age. Just
recently had pups. She had a collar but no
tags. She is very sweet and good with people
and other dogs. She was found with a benji
look a like male. Unaltered. no collar no tags.
Also very sweet. |

very friendly, sweet disposition,
might be a farm dog, found on
my farm with goats, other dogs,
cat, non attentive to all. This girl
looks like a Black and Tan (or
possibly bloodhound) crossed
with a Rottweiler. She has the
long hound like ears, long tail,
and the points of both. She is a
beautiful dog. She seems very
young 9mos-1 yr, she is very
gentle and a very laid back girl.
She is currently the subject of
much aggressive barking and
even a few nips from my small
15lb. terrier mix. She is putting
up with it. GENTLE is the word
for this girl. Currently I have 7
dogs, so this gentle creature will
need someone soon or else be
placed in a shelter. I simply don't
have the funds or energy to care
for one more dog. PLEASE help
her find her owner, or if you can
give her some time by making a
place for that would be great. I
read on the shelter pages that big
black dogs are almost always
euthanized. She is a very sweet
and gentle creature, without a
collar. Hope she gets to stay
alive! |

Found w/o collar. Was very timid
and hard to put leash on. But
now that trusts me, very friendly
and loving. Well behaved, house
trained, crate trained. Gets
excited to go out. Pet was loaded
w/ticks and fleas. Thin lab mix.
Mostly white w/golden tan spots.
Some white spots (forehead/side)
black nose, brown eyes. |

This dog found us about 3 weeks
ago. My computer was down and
I could not post. So I hope if
anyone has been looking they
have not given up. Dog
appeared here limping and
underweight. Appears to be a
border collie or spitz type breed. I
took care of the torn pad, wormed
and on a free choice diet looking
better than in the photos. Healthy
Happy and ready to go home or
be re-homed please contact me

ETC. This is a lovely mild
mannered dog who enjoys going
for rides, and is TERRIFIED OF
